Our History

Kaizen Web-Productions was founded in 2004. Seven years of successful experience and steady growth - a respectable period of time for one of the most dynamic business areas.

The first steps the company took were in the direction of strengthening our position in an already developed and competitive market, and in laying the foundations for stable growth in the future. We achieved this by simultaneously working on both smaller projects and large scale projects.

In 2005 a decision was made for the company to specialize in developing applications based on specific customers' requirements.

The next few years brought a period of upsurge for our company. In order to help ourselves cope with the increasing number of orders from clients, we were dependent on external consultants.

We continued our growth, and invested a lot of effort and resources into increasing the qualifications and skills of our team. In 2008 we decided to lessen the dependency on external consultants and started to expand our in-house team of professionals.

After going through a few hundred applications the search paid off, and the result is four highly skilled professionals that excel in their fields:

• In June 2008 our company welcomed a highly qualified graphic designer. Iulian Ungureanu from Romania was chosen from a hundred candidates, proving his skills and demonstrating high motivation and vast experience. The decision to invite Iulian to join our team unveiled new horizons for the company.
• At the end of the same year the candidature of Stiliyan Markovitch was approved; a computer specialist from Bulgaria with rich experience in a variety of computer related activities. He combines the positions of support manager and sales manager.
• At the end of Q2 of 2009, our efforts to hire an experienced programmer were finally successful. After several different test cycles and a long testing period we accepted Nikolay Kolev, a highly skilled computer programmer from Bulgaria. He is currently working as a senior developer.
• As the company kept growing and our business developing and expanding, we felt the need to set up our own office. In November 2010 we opened our office in Varna, Bulgaria.

We are looking forward to expand our team further by following our strategy to grow using specialists from Eastern Europe.
